Privacy statement

I handle your personal data with care. Below you can read which data I use and why.

Which data

When you contact me or make an appointment, I use the details you give me yourself: your name, email address, phone number and address, and information about your horse or about your question for a coaching session.

What for

to answer your question and make appointments;
to prepare and carry out the treatment or session properly;
to send an invoice.

Confidential

What you tell me stays between us. I do not share your data with others, unless the law requires it or you give your own permission, for example so I can consult your vet.

How long

I do not keep your data longer than necessary. I keep invoice details for as long as the law requires (seven years in the Netherlands).

This website

This website uses no cookies, no advertising and no programs that track your visit. The fonts and photos are also stored on the website itself, so no data is passed on to anyone else.

Your rights

You can always ask which data I hold about you, and ask me to correct or delete it. Just send an email to ellen@wodez.eu. If you have a complaint about how I handle your data, you can also contact the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Netherlands) or the Datenschutzbehörde (Austria).
